Together with brand agency Buro Blink and photographer Ebo Fraterman I worked on a commercial for Hogeschool Saxion and Universiteit Twente. The commercial is part of a campaign in which the main goal is to attract students, who are interested in a technological education, to Hogeschool Saxion and the University of Twente.
The message is to get connected to Twente and thereby to all the (educational) facilities and possibilities the region has to offer. At the end of the commercial we see the co-founder of Micronit Microfluidics, Ronny van’t Oever, who studied applied physics at the University of Twente. Micronit Microfluidics is an internationally active company which is known for product development and manufacturing of microfluidic and lab-on-a-chip devices for science and industry.
Ronny van’t Oever is taken as an example of entrepreneurship and he shows where the possibilities of quality education in Twente can take you. The commercial was aired on december 17th, 2012 and ran until december 31th of that same year on the dutch public broadcasting channels Ned 1, Ned 2 and Ned 3.
